01 / WHAT IT DOES
Everything you need.
Nothing in the way.
Memorize a piece at a time
Pieces follow the Madani mushaf page, from a quarter page to a full one. Listen, recite with the Arabic hidden, then check yourself and say how it went.
A daily checklist
Each day shows what to learn next and what to revise, and ticks off when you’re done. Memorized surahs fade when they go too long without a revision.
Your journey through the Quran
See every surah you’ve memorized, grouped by juz, with how fresh each one is. Start with the short surahs at the end, or anywhere you like.
Record yourself
Record your recitation and play it back beside the reciter to catch mistakes. Recordings never leave your iPhone.
Read and search
Browse by surah, juz, or the 604-page Madani layout. Read ayah by ayah with the Saheeh International translation, or as continuous text. Search by name or reference, such as 18:1-10.
Six reciters, online or off
Choose from six reciters, including Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary and Mishary Alafasy. Stream, or keep recitation on your iPhone for offline listening, with lock screen and background playback.
02 / PRIVACY
Private by design.
- No account, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking.
- Your progress and recordings stay on your iPhone.
- The only thing the app fetches is recitation audio.
03 / QUESTIONS
Good to know.
More answers on the support page, or email hello@dumblemon.com.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-in. Everything you save stays on your iPhone.
Can I use it offline?
Yes. The Quran text and translation are built in. Recitation you’ve played is kept for offline listening when “Download audio as it plays” is on in Settings, and you can limit downloads to Wi-Fi.
Recitation won’t play. What can I try?
Recitation streams when an ayah isn’t on your iPhone yet. Check your connection, and make sure “Stream if an ayah isn’t downloaded” is on in Settings. If you limit downloads to Wi-Fi, connect to Wi-Fi first.
