Mise
Cook with what you have.
Your pantry, your recipes, and your grocery list in one place. Import a recipe from a link or pasted text, see what you can make with what’s on hand, and cook step by step.
Coming soon to the App Store
01 / WHAT IT DOES
Everything you need.
Nothing in the way.
Import any recipe
Paste a link, or text from Notes, a doc, or a chat, or share a page to Mise from Safari. Mise reads the title, ingredients, and steps, and you review them before anything is saved.
What can I make?
Today shows food to use in the next few days and the recipes that best match your pantry, with what you’re missing.
Pantry, fridge, and freezer
Keep amounts and dates for what you have. Filter by Use soon, Running low, or Leftovers, and get a reminder before something goes off.
A grocery list by store
Group items by store, check them off as you shop, then put them away into the pantry in one step.
Cook step by step
One list of steps, with the current one highlighted and timers inline. The screen stays awake, and a meal of several recipes cooks as one session.
Say it, don’t type it
Speak your groceries or pantry items, review the list, then add them all at once.
One kitchen for your household
Sign in, then share a code so everyone sees the same pantry, recipes, and list.
02 / PRIVACY
Private by design.
- No analytics, no ads, and no tracking.
- Without an account, your kitchen stays on your iPhone.
- If you sign in, your kitchen is stored on our server so it syncs with your household.
- Recipes you import and things you say for a voice list are read by OpenAI so Mise can turn them into a recipe or list. You review the result before it’s saved.
03 / QUESTIONS
Good to know.
More answers on the support page, or email hello@dumblemon.com.
Do I need an account?
Not for your pantry, list, saved recipes, or cooking: they stay on your iPhone. Importing recipes, web search, voice lists, and sharing a household need you to sign in, either with Apple or as a guest. A guest account stays on one phone; Sign in with Apple keeps your kitchen when you switch.
A recipe link won’t import.
Some websites block apps from reading their pages. Copy the recipe text from the page and paste it into Import instead.
How do I share a page from Safari?
Tap Share in Safari and choose Mise. If you don’t see it, tap More at the end of the row of apps and turn Mise on.
