Simple Budget
Give every dollar a job.
An envelope budget that makes assigning every dollar feel simple. Log a purchase in a tap, connect your bank if you like, and pick up your budget on any of your iPhones.
Coming soon to the App Store
01 / WHAT IT DOES
Everything you need.
Nothing in the way.
One number to zero
The top of your budget shows what’s left to assign. Tap a category and type, or drag money from that number onto a category, until every dollar has a job.
Plans that say what they need
Give a category a monthly plan and a due day, and each row tells you where it stands: funded, needs $30 by the 15th, or overspent. One tap covers it.
Log from anywhere
Add a purchase in a few taps from any tab, with Undo. Or ask Siri, tap a Quick Log widget, use Control Center or the Action button, or log Apple Pay purchases automatically with a Shortcuts automation.
Connect your bank, if you like
Link US banks through Plaid. New transactions wait for you to review, and the app learns which category each payee belongs in. Or add accounts and transactions by hand.
See what’s coming
Activity shows each account, the bills and repeating transactions on their way, and anything that needs a look.
Yours, on every iPhone
Your budget syncs through your account, so it’s there when you sign in on a new phone. Export your transactions as a CSV at any time.
02 / PRIVACY
Private by design.
- No analytics, no ads, and no tracking.
- You sign in with Apple. Your budget is stored on our server so it syncs between your devices.
- Connecting a bank is optional. You sign in to your bank through Plaid, and we never see your bank login.
- Delete your account in the app at any time, and your data is deleted from our server straight away.
03 / QUESTIONS
Good to know.
More answers on the support page, or email hello@dumblemon.com.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in with Apple, so there’s no password to make. Your account is what keeps your budget safe and in sync. You can hide your email from us when you sign in.
Do I have to connect my bank?
No. You can add accounts and transactions by hand, and log purchases with Siri, the widget, or Apple Pay automations instead.
Does the app see my bank password?
No. You sign in to your bank inside Plaid’s own screen. Plaid gives us your accounts, balances, and transactions, never your bank login.
